From a very early age, I knew that my passion was health and fitness, and it has always been a part of my life in one form or another. Over the years, health and fitness have played a crucial role in helping me navigate various challenges, and I want to share my knowledge and experiences with my clients. I aim to teach them the benefits 

 

From a very early age, I knew that my passion was health and fitness, and it has always been a part of my life in one form or another. Over the years, health and fitness have played a crucial role in helping me navigate various challenges, and I want to share my knowledge and experiences with my clients. I aim to teach them the benefits of being fit, healthy, and strong, and how this can positively impact their everyday lives.

I have a diverse range of experience in different forms of training, including weight training, HIIT sessions, Boot Camps, and Group Fitness. As a results-based trainer, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, whether they involve weight loss, strength improvement, preparation for a special event, or general health and fitness.

I firmly believe in being fit for life. Let's make it a lifestyle change and strive to be the best version of yourself possible.

10 years ago, I decided to take a leap and follow my heart and my passion in becoming a personal trainer. I started my business here at Advance Fitness Northside before moving away to Byron Bay for 4 Years. While I was away, I worked and trained at many gyms. Along with running bootcamps along the beach. I met great mentors that further d

10 years ago, I decided to take a leap and follow my heart and my passion in becoming a personal trainer. I started my business here at Advance Fitness Northside before moving away to Byron Bay for 4 Years. While I was away, I worked and trained at many gyms. Along with running bootcamps along the beach. I met great mentors that further developed my knowledge to become an even better trainer. Also, during this time, I became a mum of my two children Ruben and Willow.

I enjoy connecting with people and designing workouts that are specifically designed to their needs. Using goal setting as a great tool to keep them motivated and stay on track. I specialise in heavy weight training, HITT, mobility, group fitness and beginners joining the gym. If you are looking to lose weight, get strong or simply feel good again I'm here to support you along your journey.

Dan — someone l've had the privilege of coaching for the past 2 years - just ran a half marathon and took 17 minutes off his previous time!

He lives with cystic fibrosis. That alone makes every breath during a race more meaningful. But this man shows up — week in, week out - always willing to give it his best.

We started in the gym, lifting weights to build strength and stay on top of his health. Now, he's chasing down running goals with the same commitment and fire. And the best part? He's only getting faster.

Next stop: sub 2-hour half marathon.

And I know he'll get there.

I was coming up to a big birthday last year and was feeling like I needed a bit of direction at the gym, particularly with weights and calorie intake again so linked in with Katrina for some tips tricks and accountability. Anyone who knows me knows I have a pretty massive social life and work commitments which impacts a lot on my diet and time to work out. Katrina set up a great program for me that included not cutting down too much on food but choosing better options along side weight workouts that are simple and time friendly. In the last 14 months I have managed to loose 10kg and keep it off amongst the socialising and holidays which has been awesome as I have a program that can come back to focus on in between.
